After trying various diets and detoxes over the years and never really sticking to anything long term (except for a whole food philosophy), I started feeling not only a desire for accountability, but also a desire to document my results. There is so many plans out there, and that’s a good thing. It’s great to have all these options open to us! But, it can get confusing and frustrating! My goal is to shed some light on the information available by writing honestly about my experiences trying the various approaches.
